Leadership and Management Apprenticeships offer newly recruited and existing staff opportunities for those who want to gain a recognised qualification and professional body status. The Apprenticeship training features learning within a Leadership and Management context and combines practical skills and theoretical knowledge through on and off the job learning.
As part of increasing individual performance and capability, CU recognises as an employer the importance of training individuals for apprentices to contribute towards productivity, whilst developing their own skills.
There are a variety of programmes available to include:
Level 5 – Operations/ Departmental Higher Apprenticeship
Level 6 – Chartered Manager Degree
Level 6 – Project Management Degree Apprenticeship
Level 7 – Senior Leader Apprenticeship
The programmes feature different levels from staff who are supervising or leading projects, to those that are managing teams or aspiring leaders.
